The idea
From a messy line to professional service
TurnFlow orders the tickets, serves whoever waited longest first, and shows every call in real time in the waiting room. It was born in the pharmacy and today works just as well in clinics, medical centers and any place that serves the public: clear for the customer, comfortable for staff, and tidy for the business.
The system
A complete queue system, end to end
Self-service kiosk
Customers take their ticket by tapping the screen and print it instantly.
Caller display
The waiting-room TV shows the ticket in large type and announces it with voice and sound.
Counter panel
Staff call, serve, complete or mark absent with one click, from any PC.
Management panel
Set up customer types, advertising, and view real-time service analytics.
In motion
See the TurnFlow kiosks in action
A walkthrough of the self-service kiosks: the design, the touch screen, and the exact moment a customer takes their ticket.
How it works
Three steps, all in real time
When an employee calls a ticket, in less than a second it appears and is heard in the room. No reloading, no dependence on the internet.
Take a ticket
The customer picks their category at the kiosk (senior, PAMI, general…) and takes their printed ticket.
Get called
The employee taps «Call next» at the counter. The system serves whoever waited longest first.
Get announced
The waiting-room screen shows the ticket and counter, with a sound and voice announcement.

How TurnFlow looks in the pharmacy
Real captures of the system at work: the waiting-room screen showing advertising and the latest called tickets, and the kiosk where the customer picks their category with a tap.

For every sector
Pharmacies, clinics and medical centers — and any business that serves the public
TurnFlow was born in the pharmacy, but its queue engine orders service anywhere people wait. You configure categories, priorities and counters to fit your operation, without switching systems.
Pharmacies
Priorities for seniors, PAMI and insurers, order pickup and counter sales, all in one queue.
Clinics & medical centers
Admissions, consulting rooms and tests organized by specialty, with routing between areas and preferential care.
Any business that serves the public
Banks, public offices, opticians, vet clinics, service desks: wherever there's a line, TurnFlow orders it.
Extra revenue
Your waiting room, a new revenue stream
Between tickets, the screen shows advertising as images and videos. Sell those slots to labs, health insurers and local brands: the system rotates the ads automatically.
- Advertising slots you can sell month over month.
- Images and videos, in any aspect ratio (horizontal or vertical).
- They upload and rotate on their own from the panel, no technical skills needed.
- Advertising helps recover the cost of the equipment.
24/7
A screen working for you: it informs, entertains and earns while your customers wait.
